I’m everything spiritual and everything human, self identified awkward Black girl, an introverted Leo with sometimes bold and loud tendencies. I love cuss words, and all things food and music related. I am as Biggie said a “mad question asker, blunt passer (not no mo’) music blaster…” I dream in beats, lyrics and song. I am known to drop a R &B hook, a hip hop verse, or hum an alternative tune mid conversation. It has a way of keeping things light even when the load may be heavy. My new mission is to be less serious, to ride life’s waves and enjoy the flow. Most folks will be surprised to learn the very opposite of life landed me in this space. Life after death is the reason I’m here. It’s my up close and personal experience with death that made me realize it is the great equalizer. I’m the friend of a deceased best friend, daughter of my late father, and a WIDOW. I am also mother to an amazing 18 year old, still a child of an independent mouthy 76 year old mother, a sister, a friend and lover of a heaven sent partner. I am an end of life doula and aspiring birth doula. Death and life have also taught me one crucial thing about myself. I am a creator! Creation begins at any point you choose. It’s all about the evolution for me! Buckle your seatbelt as I take you on a ride from sunrise to sunset and the sacred space in between. Alpha and Omega!
